Hey, I had the same problem. After some testing, what fixed the cursor for me was changing the "Upright Wii Remote" option to "Sideways Wii Remote" at the "General and Options" menu in the controls config.

"can't go left and upward" is my problem.

now my dolphin version is 5.0-12097-x64
Since the latest post in this topic no one can find the solution to fix it so I post again in another topic and admin said that I should focus on same topic if it's same problem.
I just hope this time someone can find the way to fix this problem.
I kinda bored to repeat the same post too.
