I am fairly new to the Dolphin emulator and am having some issues I don't think I should be having.
I have a GTX 1080 with I7 7700 and 16 GB of ram.
2 games I am playing (Metroid other M and Mysims Agents (Don't judge me) seem to split at the middle of the screen. There is always a small section of the screen horizontally that doesn't seem to fit. Sorry if my explanation is taking some working out!
Does anybody have ideal settings for this PC?
Edit. Fully working now. As Themaster123 said I had myNvidia settings on 30hz. Thanks mate!
I assume you are talking about screen tearing (can you show an example?), try enabling v-sync in the graphics settings.
Does enabling Vsync help?

I'll give it a go now!
Vsync got rid of the line but the game is about half as fast!
You might what to go to your nvidia contol panel and see what you refresh rate is it should be at least 60. If it at 30 then that way it running at half speed. This probably is the reason I had this happen before.

Just checked. It's 60. Now I have a white bar at the top of mt screen I'm not getting the problem. Trouble is. I don't know how I got the bar.
Have you try lowering the resolution. 60 might not be full compatible with you current resolution and connection type(dvi/Hdmi are examples). Also what does it look like a photo might help.
In the Nvidia Control Panel, under 3D Settings, make sure that you have a profile setup for Dolphin that has the Power Management set to High Performance.
Also, if you can take screenshots of your Dolphin Graphics settings and post them here so we can see your setup (it's probably easier to upload them to a site like Imgur and link them here)

It is now running at full speed as long as I have the white bar at the top of the screen. Not sure if that means I'm running in Borderless or windowed mode.
