You should find it in UPDATE partition of a normal Wii game ISO. Try using Wiiscrubber or Dolphin itself.
I just tried Photo Channel and Mii Channel out of interest, they both work fine.
yep, since yesterday you can even see your Mii when editing it
i been able to see it since long ago... the only problem that the miis have is that some expressions seem to be missing, that's what happens when your face flickers.
let me guess: you have an ATI gfx card? Then it's been fixed for nvidia users now

COCO is more important.
because it wasone of those viewport issues only nvidia users were having (like in Mario Kart Wii).
