i want to download dolphin emu on a another lap top i have the thing is this laptop can't conncet to wifi i don't know but doesn't matter the big problem i have when i wanted to download 64 bit visual .... some problem accured 0xc.... i fix the 1st then anothen one come out fixed too but here's come the third and i cant fix this one what's the problem and what i should do

Weird. Usually reinstalling the redistributables fixes the problem. I would try reinstalling Dolphin entirely and see if that fixes the problem.

do the save stay or they will be erased
You could download a fresh copy and make a file call portable.txt where the dolphin.exe is so it won't interfere with you current dolphin save.
