Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hi everyone, i just downloaded the dolphin 5.0 and when i'm trying to configure for gamecube games it just pass a moment and it stop and shutdown, it only sound the window notification and the dolphin close the window, i thought it was the game first but whatever i do in the software just take like 2 minutes and shutdown instantly, what's happen?

PD: i was seaching for some similar cases in the forum but i didn't found anything

Have you tried the latest development build of dolphin?

yes actually i tried with 4.0.1 and 4.0.2 version and it happened the same

Yes but have you tried a DEVELOPMENT VERSION... Not an older version...

The latest development version you can download from here: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/ at the top of the page.

These are versions that have been updated with over 12000 fixes, patches, updates and enhancements since 5.0, which came out around 4 years ago now. The latest development versions are also the preferred versions to use.

it's same with 5.0-11879 version
