Hi,
I updated Dolphin 5.0-11824 to 11858 and when I want to play a game (Super Smash Bros Brawl), I have 3 fps and this doesn't happened to me before because I was running at 60 fps.
My PC configurations
OS : Windows 10 x64
CPU : AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
RAM : 8 Go
GPU : AMD Vega 8 Graphics
