Using the latest development build of dolphin playing tiger woods 2005.  All the boxes above the marker have a black line below them always.  I was wondering is there a fix for this?

Try enabling the vertex rounding hack.

sorry bro.....i had that on anyway for the shadows to work....tried with it off and same issue?

Does it happen at 1x Internal Resolution? May just be a rounding error in the game itself. There are other games with artifacts like that which are invisible on console due to it running at 1x IR. Some games actually have artifacts like that on console but they're just hard to see due to the analog signal + older TVs.
