Im having trouble with the game. The game is too slow 11fps
Any recommendations?

Make sure you´re using High Performance mode. You can check this on the Energy options.

Also, get latest dev build from the site.

I can't seem to find the energy option that u were talking about. I have the latest version

It's an option in Windows, not Dolphin.
