I am replacing some PC parts and am giving thought to making an emulation box with leftovers that I can connect to my 4K TV downstairs via nvidia gamestream. GC/Wii with Dolphin are the most recent games I plan to emulate and I am wondering if I can get the best output available with these components minus all the other typical PC parts:

CPU: i7-2600K, OC @ 4.0 Ghz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 970
RAM: 16MB DDR3

Getting 1080p with 60 FPS for games that support it would be great, but what i'd *really* like is to be able to scale the games to my TV's native resolution (3840x2160), so setting internal resolution to about 6x native in Dolphin.

The amount of games I plan to use with dolphin is also relativel small and listed below. I'd be using HD Asset packs and other enhancements wherever available.

GC:

Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and The Lost Ocean
Baten Kaitos: Origins
Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour
P.N.03
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
Skies of Arcadia Legends
Tales of Symphonia
Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker

Wii:

A Boy and his Blob
Arc Rise Fantasia
Epic Mickey
Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Metroid Prime Trilogy
Super Mario Galaxy
Super Mario Galaxy 2
Super Paper Mario
The Last Story
