On builds before 5.0-11476, Metroid Prime Trilogy boots up perfectly.  Now, current builds after 5.0-11476 just display a black screen.
Works fine for me on 5.0-11608
Hm, it still works for me... I'm using the PAL version (ISO, verified good dump), in case that matters.

We had some problems with WBFS and CISO files in the time shortly after the 5.0-11476 merge, though the problems are fixed now to the best of my knowledge. Are you using either of those formats?
yes wbfs
What settings are you using?

I guess the most notable deviation from the default settings is that I'm using single core. But I also tried running the game with the default settings just now, and it still works fine.

EDIT: I tried converting my ISO to WBFS using wit, and it still works.
Hmm..it seems to only work with single core mode for me. It used to work with dual core enabled before 5.0 11476
I don't think it's recommended to use dual core for the metroid prime games. Isn't there an issue with the game changing the video mode causing some black bar on the screen?

That was an XFB issue and was fixed by Hybrid XFB. Dual core doesn't have any specific issues with the prime games but can cause issues with some systems

No, the issue still exists.
