The entire reason it isn't there is because they want it here...(I assume XD)
It's because Github's issue tracker is, well, its rubbish. Even basic features like, allowing people to manage issues without giving them the keys to the entire repro, are missing from github. It's just not great, and redmine is a lot better for our needs.
