DESCRIPTION: Changes the outfits of Stephane Roncada, Bubba Stewart, Danny Smith, Billy Laninovich, and Cameron Steele to their NPC counterparts. It also changes the NPC versions of Vanilla Ice, and Tyler Evans to the player's versions. I changed these textures to make the riders look more diverse and because the NPCs had the cooler versions of those riders, except for Vanilla Ice and Tyler Evans which looked better for the player. Also included in this is a fix for the custom rider if you experience the invisible rider glitch like me. It's only a single skin for now because Im not quite sure how to get it all to work for right now. If you have any ideas, let me know!

INSTALLATION: Simply move the GSVE78 folder to your Load folder in Dolphin (The one in Documents)
