I'm having a problem where my games will run at half-speed, but sometimes the problem will fix itself, and the second I close Dolphin and open it back up the problem occurs agian.


I have a i7 4790k@4.2ghz and gtx 1080

I've used DX12, DX11, Vulkan, and OpenGL

Do you have v-sync enabled?
