Searched around and I haven't been able to track this issue down so I'll post it here. I am trying to play Sonic Mega Collections. It loads up fine, the menu works etc, but as soon as I launch one of the actual retro games within it I get a flashing black and then white screen (very fast flashing). I have tried various settings, as well as different video backends (I am an AMD person so I have been using Vulkan, but I tried D3D11/12 and OpenGL).

Interestingly, disabling "Skip presenting duplicate frames" in XFB settings causes the game to break completely, the menu won't even load. Changing the other XFB settings didn't do anything as far as I could tell, nor did disabling dual core or V Sync.

Thanks!
Can you verify your dump? (In dolphin, right click, properties, verify)
And I guess make sure you are on safe texture cache?

AFAIK presenting duplicate frames shouldn't change the emulation at all, just the presentation. Update your GPU drivers?
