My spec are win7x64 sp1, im install all , Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 and Windows6.1-KB2999226-x64.msu.; Windows6.1-KB2999226-x32.msu, last directx etc.
I played some games on old dolphin-master-5.0-5495-x64 no problem all work fine, now when update to last version dolphin-master-5.0-11661-x64 i have this error "qwave.dll is missing"
Somebody know what i need to install now to fix this?
download qwave.dll alone not fix problem.

I can use win10 anyway and work fine, but just i hate win10, i dont want install new fresh win7x64 ultimate again, maybe this happen because is customized windows 7 installation iso. i dont know.
dolphin staff maybe have to know this change affect many custom windows7x64 versions

From version dolphin-master-5.0-6582-x64 onwards all give the error qwave.dll missing

Unfortunately, I'm quite certain that this is an issue with your Windows 7 installation itself. 5.0-6582 was quite a while ago, and we've not received any reports from other Windows 7 users of this happening. Plus we have lots of users posts here on the forum and elsewhere showing Windows 7 working without that error.
That said, quality of service stuff shouldn't be blocking non-netplay from working. I'm not sure if that's our fault, or Windows' however. This is not a scenario we've encountered before.
For now, your best bet would be to fix your Windows 7 installation, or upgrade to Windows 10. Alternatively you could compile Dolphin yourself with all of the QoS stuff from
pr6146 removed, though that will require a bit more expertise and I'd recommend focusing on repairing your Windows installation first.
