Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hello everyone. I'm new here so I'll get my specs outta the way then talk about the subject at hand.

Specs:

CPU: AMD A4-5000 With Radeon HD Graphics, 1.5 GHz

GPU: AMD Radeon 8330 (0x9832)

RAM: 4.00 GB

OS: Microsoft Windows 8.1 x64 bit

I know my CPU works for games like the mega man x collection good enough but not so much for games like super smash bros melee. I just need to know what CPU's will be best to be able to get 60 fps consistently on melee.

Are you looking to get a new computer? Because the AMD A4-5000 is a soldered-on CPU and you can't just replace it (BGA package). Literally anything would be better, but it comes down to what sort of budget you have in mind.
