I dont think is possible, but it could be a good addition to be able to edit description, maker, region, platform... in a .elf file to be displayed in dolphin

You can edit most of those things (not the region or platform) by creating an HBC-style XML file, as described here: https://wiibrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_Channel#Adding_Text
