I do not see one that says that but I can tell you I have Force Texture Filtering unchecked and have Disable Copy Filter checked which you can find those under the enhancement tab of the Graphics Configuration. Now for the half pixel offset, I don't know what that is or where to find it on dolphin so if you could either give me the proper name and/or location where I can find the checkbox that says To Always Filter and the other one that is the Half Pixel Checkbox, that would be awesome and I'd be delighted to give it a try Smile. Oh and a name of the version of Dolphin that you are currently using would be nice too because I noticed the different versions sometimes have different names for things on their menus, so yeah that would be great!

Yeah, sorry I wasn't at my computer with Dolphin:
The Force Texture Filtering was the checkbox I meant about the always filtering
The Half Pixel Offset is nowadays called "Vertex Rounding" so you could try and use that one.
Further you could try and play with the texture cache, and keep in mind that using any and all enhancements CAN break the visuals (so using higher than native IR and so on so make sure to set up the most close to native Wii/GC settings)
And how is the game looking when you play it on the original hardware when you use it at the same screen (if possible) because it can be that the game just looks like this on the real system as well.

I am always using the latest DEV version of the game to make sure that none of the issue's I talk about are already fixed in a newer build.

Hey I just tested out the Vertex Rounding and playing around with the texture cache and I think it helped a little bit but that's kinda hard to tell for sure. But the issues still visible sadly.

So about testing the game out on my wii, sadly I can't on my wii because it's region locked and this game was only ever released in Japan while my wii is from the US. But here's how my game looks on the emulator with the vertex rounding checked, texture cache pushed all the way back to Safe and the resolution being down to the lowest as possible:

And here's an image of how my one friend's looks like on the wii:
