Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I am having an issue with my controller. I am using a Nintendo Pro Controller, but it is run through a software so it reads like a Xbox 360 Controller.
My issue is that the controller does not work in game. I have searched other forums for help and done the usual solutions, such as enabling background input, but it still does not work in game. What's really wierd in my opinion, is that it works perfectly fine in the controller config. For the settings, I have it on Port 1, Standard Controller, and XInput/Gamepad.
Is there something I am doing wrong? If I could get any help it would be greatly appreciated.

I am testing this in Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga. It is the only game I currently have downloaded, although I am downloading others.
