I downloaded the latest dolphin and the VC_redist.x64 file also. I ran the VC_redist.x64 installer, no problems, when I try to run dolphin I get the error message in the screenshot. What is the solution?

You need the 2019 package, you can get it here
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...-downloads. Choose x64 in the Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 section
Something changed in 5.0-11409 that causes this. Link in the download section should probably be changed to reflect the new needed 2019 version.
The redistributable is the same for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019. Just make sure you've installed the most recent version of "Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable" and recent Dolphin builds should work...
