Dolphin latest build version 5.0-11420 development build for Windows x64 requires a missing DLL file.

Previous releases work fine.
Please recompile.

Please update the message in Download page to inform users to download C++ runtime of 2019 rather than 2017.

The redistributable is the same for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019. Just make sure you've installed the most recent version of "Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable" and recent Dolphin builds should work...

But if you download the runtime from the link provided in the Download page, you'll get a runtime that doesn't work with new versions of Dolphin.
Try it yourself.
