Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I saw a previous post: extracting audio from pak, where @GoodSpaghetti21 said he found that he could use quickbms to extract .pak files.   I can't find the .bms file to do that.  Does someone know where I might find that file?

I should add that this is in regards to .pak files in Metroid Prime.
