Why do you want to try old versions of Dolphin? Do you want to do some good old bug spelunking, or are you hoping for better performance on a weak system? If it is performance you are after, you will be very disappointed!
Also there wasn't actually a "1.0" release, just the closed source alphas which started at 1 instead of 0. Our first proper stable version was 2.0.

AFAIK the oldest public release is Dolphin 1.0.3 (or 1.3, don't remember). After that Dolphin went open-source and the rest is history...
