Hello, I got no sound output with the Cubeb Backend on my Laptop with the current git version. For testing I installed the version from the repositorys of Debian, in that version I can choose the ALSA Backend, which is working really nice. In the current version I can't choose another backend then Cubeb. But I need a new version for some cases, and I want audio too.

I googled some time, but didn't find anything helpful. Would be nice if someone have an idea what to do.

My System:
Intel® Core™ i7-8550U
8GB RAM
GeForce MX150 with the proprietary Driver 418.74
Debian 10 with Xfce
Dolphin 5.0-11337
Does your system use Pulseaudio or ALSA?

By a quick search for cubeb, pure ALSA systems have issues as cubeb has deprecated it's ALSA support.

Both, normally ALSA in Linux is the "driver" and PulseAudio the Sound Server. On my other Computer with Arch Linux I have a simular setup and that is working flawless.
