Hm, turns out I didn't really have WiiWare games installed, it was only DLC and Save data...
I'm not sure it's quite right, though, because... I deleted something, then I could create save data in the new game (which is only 4 blocks big)... afterwards, though it was full again. Then I deleted something with around 40 blocks, but still it says 0 blocks... O_o
Kinda sucks not to be able to have save data for all games at the same time or have to deinstall DLC... though, I guess since the DLCs are by far the biggest stuff I should deinstall those and I just have to remember to install it again when I actually want to play the specific game.
How much DLC do you have? If you have DLC for any games that support reading DLC from the SD card (like Guitar Hero or Rock Band), I would strongly suggest putting that DLC on a virtual SD card.
ah, ok. So DLC can be read from the SD card... I'll just try. It's just 13 DLC for WiiWare games... No Guitar Hero or the like... that's why I'm surprised it's already full.

Yes, but only in a few games. Most games require the DLC to be in the NAND.
Something is definitely weird... I think I have to clean up my NAND a bit on the Windows Explorer level...
Is there perchance a specific folder for DLC? Like one of those 00010005 and similar under title where only DLCs go (or any other way to find those... they don't seem to be in the same folder as the saves?)?
What is the actual size of your Wii folder, ignoring the sd.raw file inside it?
340MB
Well, that's weird. As long as it's smaller than 512 MB you should see free blocks on Wii Menu instead of 0. Have you tried checking your NAND integrity (Tools => Manage NAND => Check NAND)? Does Dolphin complains about something wrong?
Sounds like a bug in Dolphin. If you backup your wii directory somewhere, then delete the one in your user folder, are you able to install as many titles and DLC in the NAND as you would expect?

It may be worth compressing and uploading the wii folder somewhere so a dev can take a look.
Ok, so there was obviously somthing wrong. Now, after deleting the Wii folder and installing all DLC I still got 1300 blocks left which should be mooooooore than enough for all save data. I guess it was just the age of that whole system with a dozen years of Dolphin development, some stuff not being accurate at some point in time.
Now, the only problem I have is that of course I'd like to keep the save data of a quite a few games... it'll just be a shitload of work to figure each one out (like, the title ID, etc.) >_<

EDIT: Nevermind, here's my brilliant pro tip: I'll just start all games for which the save data is important to me, then they'll create new save data and I can see which folders from the old I'll have to copy over Big Grin (let's just hope non of those games f**ked up my NAND)
