when im on the boat scene and i click the a button and the boat moves forward the white screen pops up and nevers goes away. i dont know anything about scripting and stuff i just wanna play some friccin ttyd

In dolphin, right click TTYD, properties, verify, verify integrity. Does redump.org status show Good dump? You could also try disabling dual core.

That's not the problem, it's a bounding box thing.

Maybe try different graphics backends and see if it works? I can't remember what the bounding box hardware support situation looks like for each of them...
