If that's the case, I'm not sure if I have any specific advice for how to make it faster, but using DSP LLE won't help, at least. I can also hear the same problem when the car crashes and the person in the car gets out.
LMAO, it was someone else too ? Sorry about that Craft... my Irish Wolfhound knocked me over a couple weeks ago when i was at the park with him and really badly busted both my knees up and the only thing that makes the daily pain bearable until my docs can figure out something to do is painkillers, so i'm abit stoned atm. Hope we're still going fishing next week Craft ? Ok... so i go to power settings and set it to High Performance and that's 1 part of what you both said up there ^ done, right? I know how to access my Nvidia settings, but how do i put that on High Performance? Also as i've said plenty of times that i've been using various editions of Dolphin for years... well i remember ages and ages ago when i was having issues with something, another person on this or maybe another forum (i can't remember) said that Dolphin loves overclocking. I sorta know what overclocking is... would you recommend that too?

Ok, i'm going to guess this it as far as the Nvidia bit goes, right?

and this is what you meant in regards to the Windows part, correct?

If those are right, ok... much much better but can still notice a very slight "crackle" every now and then. Like 99% perfect. Guess it'll have to do. Don't get why this was working 100% perfect on 10845 just a few days ago before i changed ANY power settings... but now i just tried 10845 too (before i changed the power settings i mean to see if maybe i could just have 2 different versions of Dolphin to solve this) and exactly the same issues this time. As far as i know nothing had been changed at all when i tried 10845 this time.

Ok so... probably easier if i do this in point form...
1. My Windows Power setting is on High Performance.
2. If you go to this link i'm 99.99% sure this is really what you meant in regards to the Nvidia power settings, right? I've now changed it to that...

3. If you go to this link you'll see my graphics enhancements...

4. If you go to this link, i again recorded 2 cut scenes (the psychiatrist again and this time where you meet the female cop in the cafe) The graphics look great and run butter-smooth and the voice is 99.99% perfect now... BUT... as you can see (especially with the cop) there are still the odd couple of seconds here and there where the voice is just OH SO VERY SLIGHTLY off... like they have a sore throat because they have tonsillitis or something lol...

Pretty sure that's everything covered. Truly do appreciate all the help all of you have given me and i know we are sooo sooo close to getting this 100% perfect
I'll leave this up to you guys now. Cheers.[/color]
Nvidia settings are correct. It seems like the game is still too slow. Try changing backend or disabling AA. If you exit full screen there should also be a speed percent in the title bar.
Graphics backend is on top of the graphics menu. IIRC you were on direct3d 11.
It might not hurt to delete the config folder and custom game settings (NOT the one in the sys folder, the one in the user config). IIRC vertex rounding is already on, and disabling Store EFB Copies to Texture Only is the only other setting not set. Put your enhancements back if you want them.
You can also enable audio stretching to help the audio if the game does slow down. (config, audio)

All good, i watched a video on youtube from a couple years back where someone got it running 1080p 60fps perfect using Dolphin 5.05 and at first i was just gonna download that, copy every setting they had and try that... but then i thought i'll just try 1 thing in their settings on 11132 and it now works perfectly

Played atleast a couple of hours and no distortion or frame drops at all. Even turned AA back on and still works perfect. That 1 change i did... turned dual core back on. That's it, that's literally all it took

LOL... man do i feel embarrassed and dumb now after going through all this

So i just got 2 separate Dolphin folders now... one for HOTD and LM (because Luigi's mouth flickers with dual core on) and a separate one for SH SM. Well cheers for all ya help anyway mate.
