So I was trying to play Tony Hawk Proving ground but the cutscenes won't play, it'll just be a black screen and subtitles with the sound playing. Also If anyone could help that'll be great.

If I remember correctly, they made need two video hacks disabled. Try either of these:
Most Likely - Disable Immediately Present XFB Copies
Less Likely, but affects other Tony Hawk Games - Uncheck "Disable EFB Access from CPU"
