I'm not having a problem I just want Dolphin to fix this for newer versions.

When I load Super Mario Sunshine on the new versions (5.0+) it has crazy graphics and it
looks like random stuff all over it when I start playing, I reinstalled the game and Dolphin still not fixed.

In Dolphin Graphics Settings, under the Advanced tab, do you have any of the Debugging options checked? Cause you shouldn't.....

Make sure this setting is still at 1x

Sunshine's textures break if it's not, the higher it is the more they break
