The codes just say 00000000 00000000, so no, those codes won't work. (Note the "sandbox" in the page title – it means the page isn't necessarily in a state where it should be presented.)

I'm not aware of a good way to do it on your computer itself, though it is possible to do it by connecting a computer to a TV and using the TV's motion interpolation feature. (Perhaps the videos with motion interpolation that you saw were recorded without motion interpolation and had motion interpolation added afterwards? Not sure if they specified whether it was in real time.) Just be aware that if you manage to set up real-time motion interpolation, it's going to add a lot of latency.
