I still do not understand everything about Dolphin, or that much really lol. In the GC folder what is the SRAM.raw file in there?

And within the USA > Card A folder of my emulator would the 01-GLME-LUIGI_MANSION_SAVEDATA_v3.gci file be my save data for that playthrough of Luigi's Mansion?

It contains the settings that can be set in the GameCube IPL, like what language you want (PAL only) and whether you want mono or stereo audio.
