Ok, so I installed Dolphin a year ago, but I didn't used it so much. Now I wanted to play Super Mario Sunshine and I had a problem, the game didn't save as other games did. I tried to uninstall Dolphin, but I didn't find the uninstaller and I tried to delete every Dolphin folder. I installed it again and now I can't play Wii games. It says Failed to write BT.DINF to SYSCONF and if I skip it, the emulation closes. How can I keep running games fine? I noticed that I don't have the Dolphin Emulator folder in the Documents folder, if that helps.
The problem is that something is blocking Dolphin from writing to the Documents folder. It might be an anti-virus program or something similar.

I excluded it from anti-virus and relogged in Onedrive but it still doesn't work.
Hmm... Well, if you want a workaround, you could create a file named portable.txt in the same folder as Dolphin.exe. That will make Dolphin save everything to a local folder instead of a folder in Documents, which should let you avoid this issue.

Ok, I just created the file and nothing happened, I open games and it keeps showing that message.

Do I have to create that folder, or change a setting?

No, you should just need to create the file like you did in that screenshot.

No folder creates, the emulator keeps working as before.
I can't find nothing in the Internet, I searched plenty of things.

Did it create a folder named "User" in the Dolphin directory after you created an EMPTY portable.txt and ran Dolphin?
