I can't seem to find any option to resize any of Dolphins config windows. The main Dolphin window i can resize by grabbing the corners and dragging just fine. However windows such as the controller config window I can't resize at all and as a result the UI is all squished up.
I don't think they are resizeable. If you are having problems with the UI being squished up, please try the latest development version of Dolphin. 5.0 stable has problems with HiDPI screens.
