If it works only one Wiimote works. Is there a special version for it?

The configuration is different than expected. If player A has wiimote 1 and player B has wiimote 2, both need to configure the 2 wiimotes with the same way except, player A needs to configure the controls for wiimote 1 and player B needs to configure the controls for wiimote 2.
