just one ISO as well as the txt and bca
Something might be happening when you copy it from the Wii to your PC. Check whatever storage medium you're using, e.g. an SD card. Possibly look into checking for any read/write errors on that device, reformatting it, or just using a different one.

What device would you recommend I use to transfer? I've been using a 16GB NTFS flash drive which is completely empty. Does it make a difference if I cut/paste vs copy/paste?

I just reripped my game onto said drive, and the txt file generated by cleanrip MD5 file matches. But when I verify with Dolphin without moving the Iso from the flash drive the MD5 is completely different. I've tried different USB slots on my PC I've tried copying the ISO to a local location, but every time dolphin verifies the MD5 with the same wrong hash.
I'VE DONE IT!!! I dumped to the SD card rather than the USB flash drive and it produced a perfect Metal Arms ISO!!! I'm currently attempting to replicate this with another game. I'll keep you posted.
I've managed to rip Pikmin2, Metal arms, and Legend of Zelda wind waker perfectly. Thanks everyone for all the assistance, I wouldn't have even known what to type into google 2 days ago. You've been a great help.
