Hello, Whenever I try to play with my friends on the east coast, the game tends to stutter a ton and I am of course at 90 ping as someone who lives in the west coast. Is there a possible way to fix this, it stutters a ton and the audio is stuttered too.

You can get rid of latency-caused stuttering by increasing the buffer value. This is going to make the input latency higher, though.
