Yesterday it was working fine, today the application crashes immediately upon trying to launch a game.  I've already tried clearing the log, and turning on the log file.  The crash happens before the application has a chance to begin logging anything.  Dolphin version is 5.0-10829.  The Windows notification of the crash churns out the following information:
Quote:Problem signature:
 Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
 Application Name: Dolphin.exe

 Fault Module Name: atig6txx.dll

EDIT: I tried loading up a game in the most recent stable version, and it appears to be working fine there.
" Fault Module Name: atig6txx.dll"

That looks like a GPU driver - have you got the latest drivers (from the vendor website - not just windows update) installed? Did you update them since it was working? Or updated windows itself?

Maybe trying a clean install of them would help? I've had a number of times my GPU drivers have done something weird and killed themselves with seemingly "no reason" that was fixed by reinstalling them.

I tried a clean install of Dolphin.  I haven't had any GPU driver updates or Windows updates.  My GPU vendor almost certainly hasn't released new compatible drivers for my card in years.  It's old.  Really old.
