$Master Quest -> Set Music Track (AR Code) (D43E01)
08C90484 000000yy
00C90484 000000xx

In case you only want a specific track replaced. Set yy to the song value that should be playing and xx to the song value with the new song you want to hear.

I mostly stumbled upon this when looking into the Fire Temple theme. I was wondering if the original Fire Temple theme was the N64 1.0 version was somewhere left in the data. Sadly, I don't think that is the case. The newer Fire Temple theme seems to have replaced the older version.
Actually discovered something similar for Majora's Mask as well, through a bit trickier this time to find.

$Majora's Mask -> Set Music Track (AR Code) (PZLE01)
00CBFFF7 000000xx

Basically what it does, it replaced the music that is being played. Reload the area to make the change occur.

Values you can use. Set xx to the value you would like.

Something different, but quite simple:

Code:
$Infinite Health (AR Code) (Super Mario 64 - NAAE01)
011A539E 00000008

Proved to be useful when moonjumping a lot to get to all those skyboxes. Dying from falling down isn't exactly useful here.

I managed to find the Buffer RAM Address for Super Mario 64 as well: 03070F56. Through there isn't much use in changing it's value. Perhaps if it could help to prevent softlocking when the buffer reaches too low.
Fun time!

Who wants to play Ocarina of Time or Master Quest in Japanese with their NTSC-U GC discs!

Code:
$Ocarina of Time -> Force Japanese (AR Code) (D43E01)
00BE2C11 00000000

$Master Quest -> Force Japanese (AR Code) (D43E01)
00BE2BF1 00000000

$Ocarina of Time -> Force Japanese (AR Code) (PZLE01)
00BE1691 00000000
And the road to perfection is still going on.

Code:
$Remove Vertical Black Lines (AR Code) (Super Mario 64 - NAAE01 / NAXE01)
010B1527 000000BC
010B1533 00000000
010B160E 00000000

010E5702 00000000

010E6B2b 00000000

Now you can truly obtain a 16:9 resolution.

I have been messing around, but... I am not really convinced it actually works...

Code:
$Master Quest -> Sub Screen Fix (D43E01)
04B66004 00000000
Changing Barninade's HP was causing the game to softlock when trying to enter Inside the Deku Tree.

So a fix:

Why?

Changing the GameCube language messes up all the RAM addresses in Ocarina of Time, Master Quest and Majora's Mask, forcing to create separate AR Codes for each language. This code however requires you to leave the Gamecube language to be set at English but changes the language of either game once it is booted. The absolute beautiful part of this is that all RAM addresses stay intact, which leaves me with the option to port all AR Codes to the PAL version as well.

Also, you can now change your language on the fly during gameplay. So that's pretty neat.

You can also of course patch the Majora's Mask rom inside the Game Disc with Aroenai's and ozidual's GameCube to N64 patch which also restores the language select menu within Majora's Mask.

Long story short, future ported AR Codes will required the GameCube language to be set to English. For different languages in-game, use AR Codes instead.

EDIT 1: Works for Ocarina of Time as well.
EDIT 2: Works for the Master Quest disc as well.
Some codes I managed to port for the PAL version of Majora's Mask from the Collector's Edition.

Be wary that these codes might be broken. Hopefully not.
