I think I just experienced the same problem a moment ago. First operation, no sound, no hud and controls don't do anything. I think it was caused by some controls not being assigned. I didn't have forward and backward assigned to the IR and assigning them solved the problem...I think. Try this first. I have assigned the following controls: all buttons, all IR except hide, all swing except fwd and bck, all tilt except modifier, shake, dpad. On the nunchuck I have assigned: c and z and all except modifier on the stick.

I'm using r7533 and dx9 backend.

If this doesn't work, I'll post screenshots of my graphics settings.

Please, post your Graphic Settings.

For the people that didn't figure it out yet, "Pulls toward self" is the same as IR Backward. In the new wiimote plugin, try mapping it to the dpad or to the right analog stick of your joypad. That way you can pull the plugs. No need for recording movements at all. Even the defibrillator doesn't need recorded movements. Just map both nunchuk and wiimote's IR forward movement to the up dpad button for example.

Sorry to dig out the thread, but things in dolphin changed in the last months and maybe my post is helpfull in some way.

i am using the 2.0 version cus the new 3.0 dont run the trauma center second opinion ... also try other rev ... non work ... the thing is that ther is no option on the menu of the 2.0 or at leas it doesnt call it IR ... like the version 3.0 .. how to make a mapping or make a recorde movement??
