Ill be installing a new Motherboard soon and with that comes formatting of my harddrive. I would like to save my settings, namely my controller configurations, graphical settings, game saves, and 3D setting so I can transfer them back into Dolphin once I install new mobo and reinstall windows 10. Can this be done?? If so, where in Dolphin do I find the settings for the things mentioned above so I can save them. Thanks.
By default on Windows, all of that is in the Dolphin Emulator folder in Documents.

Can I just copy the entire Dolphin Emulator folder and paste it in the same directory once I format my harddrive and reinstall Dolphin on the new mobo??
Yes, that should work. Unless you've manually changed any of the paths for where data is stored, of course.
