I need help finding where the dolphin files are located on Mac

Dolphin's default Global User Directory location in macOS is User\Library\Application Support\Dolphin.

I couldnt find it there

That is where Dolphin keeps files it uses. If you are looking for the application itself, it doesn't really matter where it is, so you could have put it anywhere. You're on your own finding that!
