Dolphin always prefer a real Wii BT Adapter if it's available. If it's not it will just search regular BT Adapters and hence why there's this option on the INI to force a specific adapter. I also have no idea on what happens if you have, for example, two Wii BT Adapters connected at the same time, I guess it'll just pick the one it encounters first and ignore the other...
Edit: conversation about this is scattered in the PRs that aded the feature and in follow up PRs with improvements to BT Passthrough, I'm just too lazy to search and link them here...

The fix was finally merged into the main branch and available on the latest build. JMC47 did a nice article on it on the blog.

I'm now getting this error, but the Wiimote still works, and I'm not seeing Dolphin lock up any more.

Another thing I have noticed is that when doing ES_launch events with libusbk, the wiimote takes a long time to reconnect, whereas with WinUSB this happens much more quickly. What is the main disadvantage to using WinUSB?

I don't know what fix you are referring to, but if it is regarding USB passthrough, I still can't get Rock Band instruments to work with RB3 with the latest available Dolphin version.

Hacsev, your issue appears to be unrelated to this, and you have your own thread about your issue. Please keep conversation about it there.

Hi. My wiimote keeps disconnecting every few minutes in passthrough mode. I've searched through the forum and found a similar error string mentiond in the first post.
Here's what dolphin log sais.
core\ios\ios.cpp:565 W[IOS]: Previous request to device /dev/usb/oh1/57e/305 blocked emulation for 2603 microseconds.
is far as i understand, it has something to do with unstable blutooth dongle, right?
