Ahh, thanks! The reason I didn't see the "Show all checks" was that I was not logged onto my Github account, now that I know it was easily found. Will check today if the problem gets solved with this!
Confirmed. This fixes things for me too. Thank you for continuing to work on this.
If retaining support for usbdk is a desirable feature, even with all the problems those driver cause for many people, I wonder if it can be done as a setting, or even auto-detected.
I can also confirm that Metroid Prime Trilogy does not hang in the loading screen as it does with the current master, so this PR does fix the issue. The wiimote is turned off when you launch a title, but it is reconnected soon when you press a button, just as it should.
There seems to be a lot of GPU desync opcode .... errors/crashes with this game, but they seem to vanish with Sync GPU Thread. But they are clearly unrelated to this issue so enough of those.
Yeah, that's normal. Metroid Prime 3 is dualcore sensitive and it's not recommended to use dualcore when playing this title.
A problem that has always happened in bluetooth passthrough (or at least 5.0-910, latest master, and pull 8218) is that if you have two adapters, dolphin attempts to use one of them before the other. If the first one doesn't have a passthrough compatible driver installed, dolphin will throw the not supported error before starting the game and on es_launch.
In my case, I have an internal intel wifi/bt and a generic usb bt. Dolphin wants to use the intel one. If intel has libusbk installed and the generic one has a bluetooth driver, no error happens. If the generic has libusbk and intel has a bluetooth driver dolphin will throw an error.
Can I get the exact line to add and where to force Wii BT module on Dolphin?
Thanks

AFAIK this option won't work for the real Wii BT Module. Its HW IDs are hard coded and Dolphin will always select a device matching those HW IDs if it exists when booting a game with BT Passthrough enabled...
So Dolphin always prefers a real adapter if present?
