I am currently making TAS of Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles
I am troubled with the slow fire speed
I asked a lot of people but it seems that it is not a problem with the game and the Dolphin side
Isn't it a problem on the production side? I was told ...
My own way
Fire with hand gun → Empty space of 4 frames → Fire with hand gun
If four frames during this period open up to three or two frames
I can not fire it.
Overseas people have submitted TAMs of Resident Evil umbrella chronicles to Youtube.
The rate of fire is faster than you. (Modification of the weapon is with you all.)
I can not be sure but maybe the space between them is 2.3 frames (I am 4 frames)
Please let me know if you know what is going to be done in the Dolphin setting
