However, the firing speed of handguns is slow

I think that something works by setting up Dolphin, but I do not know the cause

Well, you should probably turn Dual-core back on.
And you should update to the latest dev build of Dolphin

No. Not only are there the usual problems with dual core, but enabling dual core when TASing in 5.0 will cause desyncs.

I missed the part where they're doing a TAS, good catch.
