Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

So, I've run in to a weird glitch while playing through Wind Waker that I can't find anything about online, I've not used any AR codes or anything, at the part where you go back to Windfall to get the bombs off the pirate ship, after I put in the code to get in, it brings me to the wrong state there, the guy is blocking off tetra's room and I can't do the next game with Niko there, when I go outside the Ship is just sitting by the rocks outside of Forsaken Fortress and it's daytime, with no way to progress. Has this ever happened to anyone else before, and is there a fix?
