The game use Dolphin OpenGl plugin. DirectX plugin not work.
Runs 25-35 fps.
Some minor graphical issues.
Sound fine in cut scenes and game.

Hmmm... I've tried loading this game (NTSC) with OGL and D3D9, both just give a black screen in build 4666.

I reverted one little code back to the older one
and yes Silent hill work again in current svn but.. graphics still not that good..
so I skipped this game for now

Well, there are not that bad in older revisions. Only some ilumination problems... Are they worse on newer?
