We do not provide audio player device selection, since that's the OS's job (Linux has fantastic controls for that!). As for which monitor to go fullscreen on, the render window will go fullscreen on whichever display it is currently on. So just drag it over to the monitor you wish to use and press alt-enter!

Most modern games, even cemu has the audio output capacity. But yeah, sure would be nice if Windows had it.
On Windows, going full screen with Dolphin puts it on the "primary" monitor. I've tried several times. Any ways around this?
