Helios knows what he's talking about. If you're focusing on getting specific games to run and you can spend significant time on it, you can most likely do things such as adding hacks for Super Mario Galaxy to avoid needing to do any GPU readback (EFB access from CPU), increasing the performance dramatically. I don't know if Nintendo has done that specifically, but it's the kind of thing that only is possible when focusing on a specific game.
And also, yes, Dolphin might be slightly less optimized than the official emulator, simply due to them having more time and manpower. I don't know if anyone has done a direct performance comparison, or if it even is possible to do a fair direct performance comparison. But I wouldn't imagine the difference is huge, at least.

What official emualtir are you talking about? Did nintendo/nvidia make an emulator aside from Dolphin? Where can i download this official emulator?

You need to buy a Chinese Nvidia Shield TV and then buy one of the four available Wii titles that are available in a digital store on there. It has to be Chinese, otherwise it won't work. I think you need a Chinese payment option too.
No one dumped the emulator it uses?
