Hello everybody!
I really wonder with my computer and my friend's labtop for several day.
Why the results is reverse !?!.
There're my tested computers:

My friend's labtop
CPU: AMD Turion 64 X2 @ 2,100 GHz
RAM: 3,078 MB
Video: GeForce 8400 G with 512 MB
Mainboard: Acer Aspire 5520 G
Hard Disk: SATA-II with 250 GB
Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP x64 Edition

My current computer
CPU: Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2140 @ 1,600 MHz
RAM: 1,024 MB
Video Card: Inno 3D NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT with 512 MB
Mainboard: EGS P4M990T-M2
Hard Disk: SATA with 160 GB
Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP x64 Edition

The both computer are healthy.

The both computer are run Dolphin-Emu X64 in the normally and use same settings
to emulate HARVEST MOON - MAGICAL MELODY.

These are the settings:

Enable Dual Core = YES
Enable Idle Skipping = YES
Enable Cheats = NO

HLE the BIOS all the time = YES
Enable JIT dynarec = YES
Lock theards to core = YES
Optimize Queantizer = YES

OpenGL Graphic Plug-in

Fullscreen = NO
VSync (req. restart) = NO
Render to main window = NO
Auto scale (try to remove borders) = YES
Native resolution = YES
Use real XFB = NO
Keep 4:3 aspect ratio = NO

Fullscreen video mode = 640x480
Windowed video mode = 640x480

Anisotropic filter = 4x
Antialias (MSAA) = OFF

Force bi/trilinear filtering = NO

And I'm do nothing with other settings.

Results

My current computer
Framerate: 25.86 - 35.48 FPS
Emulation error(s): NOT FOUND
Graphin emulation quality: EXCELLENT
Sound emulation quality: EXCELLENT

My friend's labtop
Framerate: 10.35 - 26.72 FPS
Emulation error(s): AT MAIN MENU AND IN GAME
Graphin emulation quality: AVERAGE
Sound emulation quality: NOT SO GOOD

When start the processing-racing, In the end my Intel Pentium Dual-Core is the winner !?! Undecided
(My results are look like had many perfidious !!)
In the really, I don't even thinking about cheats, using different programs and even overclock my computer.
He should be the winner because he has got greater computer then me for X3.5-X4 .
I'm should be the losser in the really.

So! Please tell me , What happened with my friend's labtop ?
And the last, Thank you very much for read and ask my question everybody Blush.
And I'll really conscience if I making someone have got bad feeling from meSad.

Are either of you running any greedy programs.
Your friends probably got alot of power hungry programs running in the background, you should open task manager (CTRL+ALT+Del) and check to see how many processes each computer is running during idle.

cmccmc

thats what I just said.
yes i know but i expanded by saying he should compare the two, i wouldn't have repeated the same information if i wasnt adding something Smile
Hello cmccmc and Glurion!
I'll try to do follow your advise.
Now trying.....................

OK Well!, I've saw all processes on both computer.
In the both computer are have processes, CPU Usage and Memory Usage
are nearby balanced before start emulate the game.
And OH! NO!, I've saw, My friend's labtop is has unsteady processing clock are:
1,970 MHz @ second 1
1,456 MHz @ second 2
2,162 MHz @ second 3
1,653 MHz @ second 4
1,584 MHz @ second 5
2,083 MHz @ second 6
1,678 MHz @ second 7
2,012 MHz @ second 8
2,094 MHz @ second 9
And 1,245 MHz @ second 10

But my computer processing clock are:
1,119 MHz @ second 1
1,596 MHz @ second 2
1,596 MHz @ second 3
1,596 MHz @ second 4
1,596 MHz @ second 5
1,596 MHz @ second 6
1,596 MHz @ second 7
1,596 MHz @ second 8
1,119 MHz @ second 9
And 1,596 MHz @ second 10

These results are come from CPU-Z and both computer are normally processing.
So! I've got one more question to tell you is:
Why the my friend's labtop hasn't steady processing clock ?
And the last, Thank you very much again for your technique both Blush.

I'm sorry but I don't have a clue. Sad
hmm has your friend overclocked his/her cpu? it might be the quartz oscillator on the system board is faulty and can't keep a set frequency anymore.

The quartz oscillator is the component on the system board which controls the clock speed of a CPU. The higher the frequency of the oscillator, the faster the oscillator moves back and forth, which means the CPU will be faster (e.g. a 1.6GHz CPU is slower than 2.6GHz CPU).

EDIt: i see your friend has an AMD i have no experience in these but i'm sure they work on the same principle as Intel just a different socket and design.
Perhaps it's driver software? Have you and your friend both updated all the drivers on your computer as best you can?

Also, AMD has an optimization thing for dual core processors to help the information traveling between the two cores, or something like that. I've noticed a minor improvement in my computer's performance since getting it, so you might have your friend get that if they haven't, already.

I doubt these things will completely close the gap in speeds between the computers, but might help a little. Also, updating direct x to the march release if you haven't already should help, as well.
Tell your friend to get an intel processor, they are WAY better than AMD
